We wrote them the same way as everything else here, without legal jargon that hides what they mean.
Using this site
This site is free for anyone looking up prayer times, mosque details or Islamic calendar dates for Greater Sydney.
By using it, you agree to these terms. There is no account to create and nothing to sign, so simply using the pages is your agreement.
Calculated times, not a guarantee
Every prayer time here is calculated with the Muslim World League method, which uses 18 degrees for Fajr and 17 degrees for Isha. Each time is worked out from astronomical formulas for that page's own coordinates. Asr follows the Shafi'i convention by default, with a Hanafi toggle wherever times appear.
These are calculated estimates. They do not replace your local mosque's own Adhan and Iqamah, which can differ by several minutes. Please confirm Iqamah with your mosque, especially for congregational prayer.
Mosque details such as the address, phone number and Jumu'ah time come from each mosque's own published information. They can change without notice.
No liability for decisions made from the site
This site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent Australian law allows, we are not liable for any loss, missed prayer or missed appointment that comes from relying on a time, address or other detail shown here.
If something looks wrong, please let us know so we can check it and fix it.

You are welcome to link to any page on this site.
Please do not bulk copy, scrape or republish our data as your own product or dataset without asking first. That covers suburb figures, mosque listings and computed prayer-time tables. To ask about reuse, use the contact page.
Publicly available facts are not owned by this site. Only our own presentation and the computed pages here are.

Each mosque page has a "Get Directions" button that opens Google Maps. Google runs that service independently. We are not responsible for its content, accuracy or availability.

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
